The laser penetrates the hair follicle and effectively destroys it causing permanent hair removal in the treatment area. To reduce unwanted hair, a series of treatments are required. Depending on the treatment area, sessions may be spaced 4-6 weeks apart, to accommodate hair growth cycles. You will notice reduced hair growth after each session throughout the series, until a complete reduction is achieved.

After Care

It’s important to Dr. Grover for patients to be confident and well informed about their after care. There is no downtime with laser hair removal and very minimal discomfort. As you complete your treatments, it’s important to remember to avoid bleaches, waxing and tanning and some topical products as they may affect the final result.
