All of these terms are used for marketing. Some prefer to use liposuction, liposculpture, microliposuction, liposelection etc. Medicine, like many other things, is also a business and plastic surgeons will use different terms to help ‘market’ their technique. Ultimately, the result will depend on the surgeon.
