Is Non-surgical rhinoplasty a permanent alternative to surgery?

There are several alternatives for a non-surgical rhinoplasty. Permanent alternatives would include silicone or ArteFill; however, these are generally not recommended due to late inflammatory problems that may arise. Safer non-surgical options for temporary fillers include Juvederm, Restylane, and Radiesse. These fillers can give an instant rhinoplasty and are best suited for those who require a ‘larger’ nose or who have a bump or hump on the nose or to correct minor irregularities or asymmetries.
